Welcome to the Consultation Website for the Next Phase of Development at The Asps.

Thank you for visiting our website which presents proposals by Taylor Wimpey and Bloor Homes for the third phase of residential development at The Asps.

Following approval of the first two phases — which will provide 900 new homes, we are now working on proposals to bring forward approximately another 120 additional homes within 2 separate areas of the wider Asps site, located in the northwestern corner and southwestern edges.

These additional dwellings proposed will be in addition to the new school, local centre, allotments, open space and Park and Ride facility that will still be provided as per the outline consent granted at appeal.
